Bell Partners seeks to acquire primarily core and value-add opportunities in the markets outlined below. We also consider opportunistic investments and properties outside of the target markets on a selective basis. We have fully discretionary capital, are able to make quick decisions, and overcome complex property level and transactional issues, including HUD, CMBS, agency, and life company loan assumptions.
