Originally founded in 1976 as Steven D. Bell & Company, Bell Partners is a diversified real estate investment and management company headquartered in Greensboro, N.C. Bell’s primary purpose is to maximize investment returns and exceed the expectations of our clients.

Bell invests capital on behalf of our individual and institutional investors into three main asset classes: multifamily, senior living, and commercial properties. In 2006, Bell raised $75 million from accredited high net worth individuals and established its first private-equity real estate investment fund, Bell Fund I. In 2007, Bell raised $125 million for Bell Fund II.

In addition to real estate investment services, Bell also offers property management services for our existing clients, as well as third-party owners. Bell is one of the 10 largest apartment management companies in the nation.

As of February 2010, Bell Partners’ management portfolio was valued at more than $5 billion and included 58,000 apartments in 201 communities, 27 senior living communities, and more than 5.6 million square feet of retail and office properties in 114 cities.
