The Investment Services Group focuses on providing risk-adjusted real estate investments through the acquisition, financial engineering, and disposition of quality apartment communities, commercial, and senior housing properties. Our goal has always been to maximize investment returns and exceed the expectations of our investors.

We have developed a consistent reputation for making smart investment choices, building owner confidence, and maintaining strong client relations. The Investment Services Group is particularly adept at handling due diligence, financing, closing, and other stages within a given transaction in a timely manner and with integrity and respect.

Since 2000, the company has completed more than $6.6 billion of acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of its high-net-worth and institutional investors. More importantly, over the last two years, Bell Partners distributed in excess of $600 million to its ownership partners. To support this volume of transactions, the company has solid and successful experience in arranging all types of mortgage debt (short and long term). The company has relationships with several large regional and national banks (Wachovia, Wells Fargo and Bank of America), life insurance companies (New York Life, CIGNA, Allstate, Jackson National Life, Protective Life, Lincoln National, ING), as well as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and conduit experience.

For most of the firm’s history, Bell Partners has invested capital and managed properties on behalf of private investors. Principals of Bell Partners and related parties invested in each deal alongside a growing following of private investors. As the firm grew in size and capability, several institutional investors joint-ventured more than $1.4 billion in acquisitions and development with Bell Partners. As the firm grew in size and capability, Bell partnered with several institutional investors to joint-venture acquisitions and development deals.
