Resident Connect is a one-stop shop for all services needed when moving into a new home. From movers and address changes to cable and phone services, we can help you with it all.

eRentpayment
Never worry about writing a check or purchasing a money order again. Bell communities now offer the convenience of paying rent online through www.rentpayment.com. Reward yourself and take advantage of building airline miles, earning points and other incentives when you pay your rent online with your credit card.

Preferred Employer Program
At Bell Partners, we believe that searching for an apartment home should be an exciting experience, not a frustrating one. Our Preferred Employer Program gives employees of qualified companies exclusive discounts and a hassle-free transition at Bell Apartment Living communities. With discounted fees, employees not only save money but also gain the peace of mind that comes with living at a Bell community. Bell’s sole mission is to provide the best living experience for the people who count on us.

Resident Relocation Program
Bell Partners proudly offers our residents a “No Nonsense Transfer Policy.” With communities in more than 110 cities and 16 states, Bell can help transfer you into a new home with no lease cancellation fees, concessions payback, or administrative fees (certain restrictions apply).

24-Hour Emergency Maintenance
As a courtesy to our residents, each Bell community provides a 24-hour Maintenance Emergency Hotline to handle any major emergency repair that may arise.

Resident Referral Program
Most Bell communities offer lucrative incentives to our residents when they refer friends to lease a home with us. From gift certificates to free rent, we’ll make it worth your while to refer us to your friends. Check with your community management for applicable terms and conditions. The Resident Referral Program is only valid at participating communities and is not valid in all states.

Resident Socials and Events
Our communities plan socials throughout the year, such as luaus by the pool, karaoke, tailgates, wine tastings, hold ‘em (poker) nights, Halloween costume parties, New Year’s parties, Thanksgiving socials, breakfast-on-the-go, and much more.

Relocation Specialists
Every Bell team member completes training to become a relocation specialist so that we can provide superior service before, during, and after your move. Most of our communities offer move-in packets with information on local utilities, schools, the neighborhood, and much more.
